lt provides a forum for early-career professionals to develop their careers, connect with peers and industry leaders, and shape the future of the sector through innovation and collaboration, with activities structured around three core pillars:

Inspire – raising awareness of offshore careers among students, educators, and early-career professionals.
Connect – building a global peer community through events, digital forums, and engagement with IMCA committees.
Develop – providing mentoring, technical insight sessions, and access to IMCA’s competence and training resources.

The Network's recent Member  survey has already helped shape IMCA's course for the future and shown that key strategic objectives are making a difference. 

Learning best practices and technical skills are the top-ranked priorities for early careers Members as is networking with peers. Guidance on careers and career development is another burning issue, all of which are on the the Steering groups agenda for upcoming actions.
