Offshore Mariner's Logbook

The Offshore Mariner’s Logbook has been developed in partnership with the Marine Safety Forum (MSF) and is intended for use by any mariner working offshore in a managerial role who wishes to maintain a record of work experience not applicable to other IMCA logbooks.

IMCA Members receive a 33% discount on the listed price (via email domain).

Any duties and taxes charged by the national authority of the recipient are not included in the price charged and must be paid separately by the receiver.

IMCA Logbooks offer offshore personnel a convenient, consistent, and standardised way of demonstrating training, competence and their work experience.

Easily recognisable by employers, they are produced with the offshore worker in mind, and are robust enough to withstand the rigours of working at sea.

This Logbook may be interesting to those in the roles of: tow master, client representative, marine consultant, marine warranty surveyor, marine superintendent and marine accident investigator.

The logbook should be completed in line with our Guidance on competence assurance and assessment (IMCA C001).
