The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) has released new guidance providing a unique global overview of offshore diving legislation and regulatory guidance.
This newly published document – Catalogue of National Diving Regulations (IMCA D086) – provides a detailed reference to help diving contractors and other stakeholders identify and navigate the specific health and safety requirements applicable in countries where offshore energy diving operations take place.

A region-by-region overview of national legislative frameworks governing offshore diving, covering Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India, the Asia-Pacific, North America, and South America.

Hyperlinked references to national laws, regulations, codes of practice, and guidance documents, enabling direct access to source materials.

Coverage of international standards relevant to offshore diving, including recent updates from the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

Identification of jurisdictions with no current offshore diving legislation, helping members assess and manage legal and operational risk in those areas.
