South America Regional Meeting

The next IMCA South American Regional Meeting takes place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Wednesday 13 March 2024.

You’ll hear from a range of industry speakers exploring topics such as Human and Organisational Performance (Petrobras), diving (Brazilian Navy and Petrobras), the Nautical Institute’s recent changes for DP (Vision Marine Training), DP events (Subsea7) and Pull Back Vessels (Grupo CBO)

From IMCA, attendees will hear from Richard Purser, Technical Adviser – Marine, and Ali Macleod Technical Adviser – Diving. Also in attendance for his first regional meeting will be recently appointed Director of Client Engagement – South America, Paulo Veronesi.

The meeting is chaired by John Chatten (Fugro) and supported by vice chair Daniel Marins (Subsea7).

As with previous South American Meetings, it will be bilingual with Portuguese/English translation available and expect ample opportunities for networking.
