Africa Regional Meeting

The next IMCA Europe & Africa Regional Meeting takes place in Cape Town, South Africa on Wednesday 13 March 2024.

Co-hosted with the South African Oil & Gas Alliance (SAOGA), our Regional Meeting will bring the industry together at IMCA’s first event in Africa in over six years.

You’ll hear from a range of industry speakers exploring topics such as diving safety (OSC Marine Group), DP operations and an ageing fleet (Mackay Communications), diving regulations (South African Navy), deep sea mining (Norwegian University of Science and Technology) and USVs (Fugro).

From IMCA, attendees will hear from recently appointed CEO Iain Grainger on his vision for the association and thoughts on a changing industry. We’ll also explore the latest Guidance and technical updates from the IMCA Secretariat.
