London Meetings
The IMCA secretariat hosts many committee and workgroup meetings at its London offices.
When not in use for these and other secretariat meetings, the facilities are available to members needing a London meeting space.
The boardroom seats up to 12 people, with videoconferencing facilities, a conference-quality speakerphone, private telephone and facilities for computer/DVD/VHS projection. Wireless internet access is also available. A smaller meeting room for up to six people is also available, plus an office where 1-2 visitors can work in private.
There is no charge to members for use of these facilities and the secretariat team would be pleased to meet with visiting members, where possible, to discuss IMCA's work and issues of interest to them.
