How to Order IMCA Publications

1 - Choose the publications you require

Find the publication(s) you require by browsing this site or, alternatively, download the complete publications list as a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) document.

Please note that, while this document has been scanned for viruses before being uploaded to the website, it is always sensible to run an up-to-date virus protection programme and to scan any files you download.

2 - Print and complete an order form

Choose: print a web page or download a Word form

3 - Complete payment details

IMCA can accept payment by the following methods. If you require a proforma invoice (particularly if you would prefer to pay by direct bank transfer), we would be happy to produce one for you.

• enter your credit or debit card details (please note that we are unable to accept Diners Card)
• attach a sterling cheque made payable to IMCA

4 - Send the form to IMCA

Important Notes

VAT (Value Added Tax)

All publications listings state whether or not each document is liable to VAT. The VAT rate is presently 15%. All purchasers in the UK must pay VAT. All purchasers within the European Union, but outside the UK, must provide a valid VAT registration number; otherwise they must pay VAT. Purchasers from outside the EU are not liable to VAT.

Delivery charges and options

Prices include 'standard' delivery within Europe - this is usually by first class mail in the UK or air mail for other locations. For delivery outside Europe, an additional charge will be made - generally 20% of the order total. Courier delivery is available for all locations, but may incur an additional charge, particularly for smaller orders.

Online ordering and security

Please note that we are unable to accept orders directly online. We do not advise the sending of credit card details via e-mail, as it is an inherently insecure medium.
